#augustbreak: with minutes left in the day...

This is probably one of the first recipes I shared with Heather. It came from the LCBO’s glossy recipe quarterly. Totally simple, too: cook a bunch of garlic with salt and olive oil, add fresh grape tomatoes (even lousy ones are elevated here) and red pepper flakes, remove from heat and add kalamatas, lemon zest, and chopped parsley, toss with shrimp (cooked with thyme this time) and a little orzo. Done, perfectly.
